Warm down: Grabbed a water, banana, and orange, then stretched. Joined coach Cheryl and cheered friends as they came into the finishers chutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Innate slowness? Event comments: Beautiful course, nice sunshine! Ate: whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and a banana; made a cup of coffee with Starbuck's Via--wondered if this was a good idea since I had never tried Via before. Did it anyway and hoped my stomach would be ok with it. (It was)
