Comments: This was my first half marathon and my goal was 2hrs. So I'd say I'm pretty happy with my performance. This race really was to get me prepared and excited for the tri season, starting in 3 weeks for me. Long races like this really help me mentally, its just me and my thoughts! What would you do differently?: Nada. Post race
Warm down: Walked around and stretched. Grabbed water, and had some peanuts and half a banana. What limited your ability to perform faster: Well I'm not soley training for running, I have biking and swimming mixed in. But I'm happy with my performance! Event comments: There was a band playing with was cool but they ran out of food and water for all the people who finished behind the pack. I was able to get some food/water but I saw a lot come in looking for some post-race fuel. Last updated: 2009-03-28 12:00 AM

Up at 5:40, couldn't sleep! Ate a bowl of cereal at 6am. Sipped on a cup of coffee and water till I left at 7:45am. Ate a banana in the car at 8am. Sipped more water and stopped drinking at 8:30am.
Walked around, stretched, bathroom.
