Comments: smaller crowd than I had anticipated for the 10k, but I still wasn't DFL. I did manage to reel in 2 of 3 other runners I had followed for the entire race. Also between mile 4 and 5 i was able to overtake a few who had passed me during mile one. What would you do differently?: weigh less, and do training runs more frequently. Work on the back pain with the trigger point therapy book I just recieved. Post race
Warm down: walked it off in the parking lot, stretched when I got home. What limited your ability to perform faster: my ability to run faster; left lower back twinge prevented me from pushing harder on steeper grades.
