Comments: Tried to concentrate more on technique rather than worrying about speed and where everyone else was. It seemed to pay off. Perfect swimming conditions helped as well. What would you do differently?: Navigate better and try and draft better ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Could have been slightly faster apart from a car turning in front of me and causing me to come to a near stand still. Lost a few seconds and needed a fair effort to get back up to speed. What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Transition 2

Warm down: Walk around, drink lots, then drive home What limited your ability to perform faster: Running off the bike is still my weak point. Could do with some improvement on the swim too.
