started easy but found I was going out faster than I planned. Used Garmin to check HR and found it wasn't too bad so went with faster pace.
What would you do differently?:
Not sure. I had the cardio but my legs hurt at the end mainly knees pain.
Walked around. had picture takedn. Vcaught up with Sports Factory caoch for post race meeting.
What limited your ability to perform faster:
Soreness last three miles in the knees and legs. Not sure how I can fix this. I am heavy build and 40 with no real running hx.
Awesome volunteers. Too many drink stations and I ended up drinking too much h2o and gatoraide.

get up early after sleepless night eat oatmeal and rrink coffee then h2o. get dressed and make sur ehave all gear. Get hubby moving drive to local race site and find local hotel for warm nice potty.
