Comments:

I felt really strong this race - no PR but I kept a good pace and didn't allow myself to slow down. I also rocked every single hill. After training on them for so long I have to say that I'd rather run uphill than down!
What would you do differently?:

A better night's sleep and no late night viewing of the Watchmen the night before!
Post race
Warm down:

Walked a few blocks to be picked up. Walked a mile to brunch and walked a mile to dinner. All the walking I did today has kept me from getting too stiff.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My Garmin. Every time I looked at my pace I would slow if I was running faster than I'd planned. I'm going to run my next race sans watch to see if I listen to my body better when I'm not wearing it and run more in line with how I feel.

Event comments:

This was a good race but I hate the bag check. It was so unorganized and anyone could have walked in to the tent and grabbed my bag.

Performance: Good
Course: Great hills and beautiful neighborhoods. They rerouted the course so we ran through some nicer areas this year. Some beautiful views of the city. I also love running through the Poncey-Hi/Virginia-Hi areas. It's nice to run through my own neighborhood and see all the supporters. Of course, running past my apartment and thinking of my comfy bed is a little tempting too :)
