• Comments: I had a goal of sub 3 hours (32 swim 1:35 bike 50 Run 3min transitions) Though I think that went out the door with my injury. I am happy with my performance and a 9 minute improvement over last year. Looks like I'll have to wait until next year to go sub 3 hours. :)
