  • Comments: A course not noted for it's scenery(!) - but essentially flat and the last real hit-out race of any distance before the marathon.

  • Comments: Quite a small race and mainly experienced runners and triathletes. There really needed to be something to eat at the finish, all they gave was more sports drink and a bottle of water
