  • Comments: Good race for experienced and first timers. Afternoon races are nice, you have plenty of time to get there, setup and get warmed up. The course is short but fairly technical. Coming in and out of transition is technical here as well. Bike handling skills are a must on this course. Probably not a lot of opportunity to get on the aerobars so a road bike might work better here for the twisties and hills.

  • Comments: The volunteers were great. It would have been nice if they had a refreshments tent open before and after the race, given the race time was 5pm.

  • Comments: Some of the hills were good size, not rollers. Wind really picked up on bike course. I did not like the run course after going up stairs out of transition, it took me to the halfway point to get my heart rate down. Was glad to finish!
