Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: Overall a very good race. 17 seconds slower than my fastest time for this "race". It should be much faster considering the run course change removing the causeway bridge. The additional swim buoys were greatly appreciated although they could use 2 more along the south bound leg of the coat hanger. Next year I'll be back and faster than ever!!!

Comments: The redesigned course for the run took the character out of the race. Swim had to be short. I like this bike course, some year we'll get a nice calm day to do it!

Comments: Great race full of enthusiastic volunteers. I only wish they had put some port-o-potties on the run course!

Comments: Good race. I was impressed with the amount of county Sheriff's out on the bike course helping us get some room to work with. Good pre/post race music too. Nothing too much else to say because my father works for Health First and I refuse to bad mouth the company or any races they sponsor! :)
