  • Comments: I think all of these times are messes up. I cross the finish line at 1:08:53 but it shows me at 1:09:19. The transitions were goofy. Time got messed up somewhere because there is no way in the world I ran sub 7 minute miles. My legs were heavy and I was slow. ANd I'm sure I was faster than what my bike speed says.

  • Comments: I went into this today with a completely open mind and relaxed attitude. I wanted to see what I could do without the mental pressure of timing myself and watching my speed or wondering if I was hitting an interval. I had no speedometer on my bike, and no watch on my wrist. I just WENT. And it was good. :)

  • Comments: I say post race activities bad because it looked like a storm was comming so everyone left right away. This was my first AG win and I didn't even get a award.
