  • Comments: This was a good race, but I would not run it again because it exceeds my physical abilities. I just can't get my left foot off the ground, which meant I was continually kicking rocks, sticks, pine cones, and other debris at the other racers, as well as tripping on everything on the path. I fell lots of times and almost fell more times than I can count. This was not a safe race for me. I am fortunate I did not get hurt. However, I am very pleased with my performance. This was my first 10K, and it was a pretty hard course.
