  • Comments: I can't believe my 10k time was 40:40. At the beginning of the season I was lucky to crack 46 minutes. On top of that I was still able to do a 24 minute 5k and that includes walking a good portion of it. P.S. This report comes five months late but better late then never. I'm still recovering from my leg injury which turned out to be my IT band.
