  • Comments: One of the worst race in recent memory. Cramping in the calf and toes from beginning to end. Not sure why. But it's a small turnout, and I came in 2nd to qualify for the 2013 Du Worlds in Ottawa. Went to see doc 4 days after. CK test indicates serious muscle damage. CK level for normal people is 13,000. Dr is very worried. Will need to see internal medicine specialist to see if sth else is wrong. Hope it's just because it's a long race, lack of fitness, and too much racing over the last month.
