  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Was the 1st one, and overall it was a well run race. Some sort of hydration besides water post race would have awesome. If more than 2 swimmers in a wave - no more than 3 at 10 sec intervals would have been better. Fluid at beginning of run and somewhere along course would have been optimal. Don't think aid on bike was necessary from my standpoint.
