  • Comments: First triathlon and as I suspected, a LOT harder than the sum of individual swim, run, and cycle training. Almost no pacing at all due to the competitive component kicking in. Need to focus on that. Still, I made it in 2:13 which was better than my target of 2:15, and I didn't come last, either!
