Comments: DID I mention I DID IT?!?!? I ran 3.1 miles - and even had a little kick left in me the last 0.1! I'm glad I made sure to get a good nights rest 2 nights before the race. I always feel like I'm tired because of lack of sleep from night before the night before... I'm also glad I didn't eat too much. I had a bottle of water and drank 2 small glasses during the race...just a smidge over too much. I could feel small cramping - but nothing major. I was just glad I didn't have any food in my stomache...WOO HOO!!! I've done the swim distance of my race, I've done the bike distance and NOW I've done the run distance...NOW if I can just combine those all together...
