5h 45m 103.00 miles 17.91 Mi/hr Min HR: 110 Avg HR: 125 Max HR: 170 Rode Reach The Beach. Probably a tailwind until 15 miles out. Big headwind riding thru the pass. Still did the ride about an hour faster than I thought I would
