  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Overall very good race. Very well run with lots of volunteers to help direct traffic. Good food afterward for athletes and free massages were also available. My only complaint was the bike dismount. They had a red box and were verbally directing to dismount IN the box, which was located 20-30 feet past the bike dismount sign. I decided to play it safe and dismount just at the front edge of the box.
