  • Comments: Considering I crashed on the bike and ran of the running course, I had a great race. Biked and ran faster than anticpated. I feel my training paid off and I have to learn to trust my training!

  • Comments: I thought the number of life guards was low. There were a few on knee boards and more in the water using the life saving noodle thingy. I don't know that they could really see if people were in trouble and couldn't get to them quickly if they were.
