• Overall course based on my ability: Just right


• Comments: To set a new pb for the bike leg today was fantastic and it shows that all my extra training I have been doing is starting to pay off. I was also aiming to finish in the top 5 for my age group and to have achieved this as well, was very rewarding. I really enjoy the tri's at Bribie because it seems everybody is super friendly, it's a great course and they are always well organised. I'm already looking forward to the next Bribie tri in the new year.
