  • Comments: I enjoy this race and it's for a good cause. I may make it an annual event to start out the tri season. Glad I stuck with the sprint so I could continue with my IM training uninjured.

  • Comments: This is the third year that this race has been Sterling State park and it is really coming together. My only complaint is the half mile of really rough road. Plenty of volunteers, great post race food.

  • Comments: I thought the turn around on the swim got congested with swimmers going in both direction. Even noticed some people cutting the bouy short. Different design
