Comments: They did a good job running this race. I'm sure it's hard given most people are newbies - that's the stated purpose of the race. This was my first triathlon and it felt really great to have placed in my age group.

Comments: I thought that this race could have been better organized, people were late and everything was late. I have done this race in the past and really enjoyed it, it is great for beginners. i was a little disappointed at not getting a water bottle this year, and the shirts really were not good this year. Also there was no water at the end of the race to hand out. I just think for the money paid this race could have been better organized, better shirts (not a big fan of the tank tops) and water at the end. Other then that it was fun like always, and the kids at the end of the race are so great to watch.

Comments: Good race. GREAT for newbies. Very welcoming lots of different body shapes and bikes and all that on the course. Course was a good level of difficulty for me. I do wish that the transition times were separated from the swim/bike/run times. But there was no chip timing, so that would have taken quite a few more volunteers I'd guess. I didn't like some of the structure of the course since the start of the run and the finish crossed each other. I didn't like the swim start (being pushed in). The race was fun and festive. The way the course was structured, it was very spectator friendly which was nice.
