Comments: It was a rate cold day with the temperatures in the 50's. The nice thing was that it made the swim really nice with the warm water. But when you got on the bike your body got cold and it was hard to warm up. My legs froze, especially my acillias tendons got really cold. Once I hit the run they began to hurt and didnt stop. They felt like they were going to snap and I finished the race running the whole way.
The hardest part was the bike. Lots of hills made it difficult on the legs.
