  • Comments: I love Luray. It's a well run race in a beautiful location. It's tough, but that's what makes it so great. I was feeling pretty defeated at the end of the race, even though it was almost a 9 min PR because I thought I had my nausea issues worked out. I think next year I'll go for the double so that I don't feel the need to hit it so hard in the olympic.
