Comments: volonteers awesome, I am sure that in a normal state of mind the run course would be logical .. but it was not clear to me. Lol also the volonteer had to tell me twice to stay left - well at the best of times i don't know my right and left without thinking it through, so at this stage of the event I needed her to just show me and not make me think!
