  • Comments: I really like supporting HITS, but this was not a well run race. Such a shame because they used to do a much better job. How they didn't see the logistical nightmare of the swim start coming makes no sense to me, totally avoidable. And I hope they saved a lot of money on whatever timing service they used, because it was truly poor quality. Finding out after the fact why the bike course was just the sprint twice made sense, so have to forgive them for that. Not sure I'll return to this one, sad to say. Heard a rumor there may be a venue change for next year, I guess we'll see.
