• Comments: I'm not sure why I ran a crap time (goal was 3:40 something). I felt good heading in, had trained hard and ran the k's and had no injuries. I'm starting to think I made a bad choice for dinner the night before and drank too much water towards the end of the race.

• Comments: Excellent race, well organised. Record numbers of participants this year (30th Anniversary of the race) with 21,000 across all the events.
