• Comments: This is my 4th and last race of the season. While I wished that it would have been a triathlon instead of a duathlon it was interesting to try a Du and I was happy to see that my run pace improved yet again.

• Comments: Not as well organized as other events I have attended, even allowing for the cancel swim and logistical challenges that presented. Might do it again. I know I was put off not getting to swim I was all psyched for it.
