• Overall course based on my ability: Just right


• Comments: There were lots of drink stations but not enough people at the stations. Overall there were more than enough volunteers. This was a well supported event and has made it onto Fred's "go to next year list". I had a blast and the post race was very good. We would have stayed longer but went on to Kings Mountain, NC to check out the Over the Mountain tri course.
