  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: Love, love, love this race. Official summer kick off for me! Starts on Ocean Ave. and meanders thru a beautiful oceanside town. Usually not a race to PR on since there's so many people but starting up front was a great call! I was worried about being trampled by the faster people around but I wasn't the slowest by any means. Still plenty of weaving for the first 2 miles or so. Found an annoying FB friend at the end - she asked my time and when I told her, she said, Oh, I thought you'd be way faster than that!? WTF? She finished in 48 mins. Whatever. Blow me. Well, you get my point.
