  • Comments: If you were in the first 2 waves, then the course would have been nicely blocked off. However, being in the last wave resulted in me having to wait behind cars in traffic and police interrogating me 'are you in the race' to determine whether or not to let me through intersections. Did this feel like a race? No, it felt like a regular city-ride -- nothing special for my first triathlon.

  • Comments: Next time i will push myself harder. I think I've got it in me to go a few minutes faster. I was 7 minutes faster than last time I did this race
