• Comments: This is a good introductory, competitive race, although there are things about it that don't suit me. I hate the chip-seal surface on the road, but I really like the fire trail - it is exactly what I train on. The lake is way too hot this time of year. There seem to be a lot of good athletes, more than at the Tri-4-Fun series, so it's a good level of competition.
