  • Comments: This was the first year for this race. It was VERY well done. they had about 300 participants and 90 volunteers!!! Everyone was really nice. I thought the course was great and the bike was perfect blend of hills and flats. My parents live in this community most of the year. I know they were trying to get a good community response and they did. Lots of the houses on the bike course had signs saying "Welcome triathletes from the ___family." I felt so bad after the race. If I had felt that bad after my first race I would never have done another one. Luckily It was not my first race :)
