  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Not bad for the first time I beat Kevin and Craig Kevin by 1.5 minutes and Craig by about 9 minutes. Seriously need to work on the run but with a better bike and run and transition I could have taken off about 12 minutes. new goal is sub 1:45 sprint distance on a similar flat course.
