  • Comments: I had a great time!! and for my 1st race in open water...I am just happy I finished - some folks do not even finish their 1st OWS..so for me to get out of that lake was an accomplishment!!! I made it and the rest as they say ...is history :)

  • Comments: Enjoy this race, just wasn't thrilled with my performance. Mentally and physically, I just wasn't checked in completely. I know that I could have done better BUT at least I didn't get hit by a car during this race ;)

  • Comments: The only problem with this race is the lack of bike support. A fellow teammate had to run the last 7 miles of the bike course because there was no bike support and he had a piece of metal in his tire that he couldn't find.
