  We are proud to bring the RYKA Iron Girl event back to Denver for the second year!
  
  The event will feature a post race catered Breakfast Cafe with enough food for everyone whether you are first or last, RYKA performance technical shirts in a new color, personalized race bib, chip timing, USATF certified course, lots of post race giveaways, age group awards three deep, custom finisher medals, music and many new surprises to make this a special race day.
  
  The venue, Veteran's Park at the State Capitol, will provide you with a great course through the downtown for a personal best and very spectator friendly. The course is mainly flat; there is a 100 meter big hill (brief) adjacent to the Capitol that you have to negotiate on the way out, but think of your fast finish on the return.
