• Description: Swim in the temperate, calm and scenic Folsom Lake (71 F in “13). The International offers challenging routes over diverse terrain, with incredible scenery and minimal traffic. Follow a shortened version of the WTH bike course then run 2 loops, the same 6k and 4k loop as 2013 which features a beautiful shaded canal trail and spacious paved State Park roads with breathtaking views of the American River around every turn!
