• Description: THE SWIM: NEW SWIM DISTANCE:1/4 mile: 200 yds out and 200 yds back course. The swim will be in the beach area (not the reservoir). This is the same area as where the XTERRA race is held.
  
  THE BIKE: A beautiful on road course will challenge the cyclist along rolling, country roads. This course has a net elevation gain of 1,374.7 and a loss of 1,333.0 with a total distance of 17 miles. (Helmets required).
  
  THE RUN: Takes place inside Round Valley Area, a protected spawning ground for the American Bald Eagle. The run course is a 5K (two 1.5 mile loops).
