• Description: The Cascade Falls Duathlon features an all new course with a 5K run, 15 mile bike and 5K run format. The 5K runs are trail runs on grass and crushed rock. The 15 mile bike course winds between beautiful Horse Lake and Lotus Lake before returning to the transition area at Osceola High School. Enjoy the colorful fall leaves in historic Osceola, Wisconsin while challenging yourself at the Cascade Falls Duathlon.
