  This ride begins at Memorial Park in downtown Armstrong and heads north along scenic country roads to Salmon Arm and then returns along Deep Creek Road. This course is moderately challenging with rolling hills throughout. A 2 km climb on Okanagan Avenue in Salmon Arm leading to our second and final rest stop poses the most significant character builder on the course.
