  Swim
  Course A - Primary 1500 Meter Swim in the Santa Rosa Sound Arross the the street from the transition area.
  
  Course B - Backup 1500 Meter Swim in the Gulf of Mexico. If the conditions are perfect the course will be swam in the Gulf.
  
  Bike - 40K Two Loop Course towards Navarre Beach and Back.
  
  Run - 10K Run towards Ft. Pickens and return to Casino Beach
