• Description: Hosted by The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center’s Gynecologic Oncology Department, Sprint for Life is the event fundraiser for ovarian cancer research. Held every May, the event celebrates ovarian cancer survivors who come together with their families and friends, local businesses, corporations and M. D. Anderson employees, to help raise funds and increase awareness about ovarian cancer.
