• Description: The Governor's Cup Road Race course has endured a long and rich history, beginning in 1972 with the first race. Since that time, the course has been modified and tweaked to bring you the current course, which has a mix of hills and flat stretches (but mostly up and down hills). It is a challenging course because of where the hills are located along the route as well as the degree of elevation of the hills, particularly the famous Blossom Street hill just before the finish line.
