• Description: DOathlon for Life is a great way to finish your season. Located at Walnut Woods State Park, just minutes from West Des Moines, it's a beautiful 2-loop bike course and trail and road run course. It's a 5K run followed by a 20K bike followed by a 5K run that will challenge beginners and seasoned athletes alike. The race is presented by the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Foundation.
