  Bike - 3 laps - right onto Alpine Road, right onto East Campground Road then right onto Old York Road (RT 74), right onto (RT 177) at Rossville, right onto Alpine Road, right into Conewago entrance after 2nd lap on the right to transition area. Approx. 27 miles. Volunteers at all turns.
  
  Run - 10K (2 laps total) - trail run will be clearly marked through the Conewago entrance (see Map).
