• Description: The Universal Sole Rock 'N' Sole Trail Challenge is a fun 5.25 mile trail race. The start and finish are in Schiller Woods West Grove #3/4, IRVING Park Rd. and Cumberland Ave in Chicago. The race is run through the wooded area long the DesPlaines River. The course has some single track , dirt, grass, mud. After the run enjoy some Rock 'n' Sole Oatmeal and other post race foods from our sponsors, Goose Island, Lifeway and Clif Bar. We will also have plenty of Goose Island beer and Soda plus lifeway yogurt and for all participants. As always we will have great tech shirtd for this event. BRING EXTRA SHOES AND SOCKS FOR POST RUN YOUR FEET WILL GET WET DURING EVENT.
