• Description: The swim is in a small, man-made lake. NO SWIMMING IN LAKE ALLOWED PRIOR TO RACE DAY!!
  
  The bike is on nice concrete urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
  
  The run course is moderately hilly. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water.
