• Description: The swim is held in Tuc-el-Nuit Lake, runs parallel to the shore and the only thing to be aware of is the jumping carp. A scenic bike course is found on a portion of the same course that our Oliver Half Iron follows, with a few minor hills. The run is a fairly flat out and back that takes you through the quiet streets of Oliver.
