• Description: The Davis Family YMCA and Steel Valley Triathlon Club eagerly look forward to hosting this event and starting another new Triathlon season with you. This year is our 12th anniversary of producing this triathlon, and we are intent on making this an extremely well organized race, as well as a beginner friendly introduction to the sport. This is a great race for both beginner and experienced triathletes.
  
  The swim portion of the race is a 500 yard(10 laps) pool swim held in both indoor and outdoor heated pools (22 lanes).
  
  The 14 mile bike starts and ends at the Davis YMCA featuring a scenic, smooth, challenging route, that is fun for beginners and experts.
  
  The run is a fast 5K through nice neighborhood streets.
